OTHER WAYS TO SUPPORT CCETN
A donor advised fund is a charitable giving account that allows you to support CCETN while enjoying tax advantages.
You can recommend a grant to Catholic Charities of East Tennessee directly from your DAF. Simply contact your fund administrator or use their online portal to designate Catholic Charities of East Tennessee as the recipient.

You can also name Catholic Charities of East Tennessee as a beneficiary of your DAF, ensuring that your support continues well into the future.

CORPORATE GIVING
If you are 70½ years or older, you can make a tax-free distribution directly from your Individual Retirement Account (IRA) to CCETN. This is known as a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD).

All charitable gifts combined may not exceed more than $100,000 per taxpayer, per year. Gifts from 401(k), 403(b), and 457 plans are prohibited. Gifts may not be made to a donor advised fund, supporting organization or private foundation.
Your IRA distribution is not included in taxable income, which may help reduce your overall tax burden.
Contact your IRA custodian to request a QCD to Catholic Charities. Be sure to instruct them to include your name and address for proper acknowledgment.

Donating appreciated stock or securities is a tax-efficient and beneficial way to support Catholic Charities of East Tennessee.

STOCKS AND SECURITIES
A vehicle that’s no longer of use to you could be the perfect means for CCETN to make a difference in someone’s life.
It's easy! Call our partner CARS at 855-500-7433 or complete this short form: Donate A Car To A Nonprofit. The process takes less than 30 minutes, your pickup will be scheduled, and you'll receive a donation letter at pickup. All vehicles are considered! CARS strives to accept all types of donated vehicles (running or not) including cars, trucks, trailers, boats, RVs, motorcycles, campers, off-road vehicles, planes, heavy equipment, farm machinery, and most other motorized vehicles.

PLANNED GIVING - Leaving a Leagacy of Compassion
When you include Catholic Charities of East Tennessee in your estate plan, your generosity will ensure that CCETN can impact those we serve well into the future. Planned giving options include bequests, charitable remainder trusts, and beneficiary designations. Your gift may be a specific dollar amount or a percentage of your estate or the remainder after all other provisions are specified.

WILLS AND BEQUESTS: Designate Catholic Charities of East Tennessee as a beneficiary in your will.
TRUSTS: Establish a charitable trust to support our work while providing income for yourself or loved ones.
RETIREMENT ASSETS: Name Catholic Charities of East Tennessee as a beneficiary of your retirement accounts.
