Sister Mary Christine Cremin, RSM, executive director of Catholic Charities of East Tennessee, has announced that Lisa Healy will join the organization as chief operating officer.
“I am delighted to have Lisa join us,” Sister Mary Christine said. “Lisa brings extensive experience in sales, marketing, operations, and executive leadership. She will work closely with me to manage the daily activities of our agency, as we continue to grow and expand our services throughout East Tennessee.”
As chief operating officer, Lisa will oversee operations including program administration, facilities, human resources, and development. She will serve as the designated agent of the Board of Trustees with responsibility for regulatory and governance compliance of grants.
Prior to joining Catholic Charities of East TN, Lisa spent the last three decades with Sysco Corporation, the global leader in selling, marketing and distributing food products to the hospitality industry. She began her career in sales and marketing and spent the last twelve years in executive leadership positions as executive vice president and president.
Ms. Healy earned a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech. She is currently a student at South College working toward her MBA. She is a volunteer with HABIT and University of Tennessee Medical Center’s HOSPICE.
